From time to time, we may use website analytics to measure the usage or performance of genesysdata.com.au. We may collect meta-data, such as, how many people have visited our website, the pages viewed, referring websites or online platforms, access times and general performance.

Collected information is de-identified and is for the purpose of trend analysis only.

We will use and disclose your Personal Information only in manners that align with your reasonable expectations or when mandated by law.

Some of our Service Providers are located outside of Australia and may store data overseas, including the United States, India, Canada and the United Kingdom.

We do not sell or distribute your Personal Information.

We may use your Personal Information for direct marketing relating to the nature of products and services carried out by Genesys Data.  You will always have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take all reasonable steps to securely store your Personal Information in a way that is protected from unauthorised use, access, modification or disclosure.

Your Personal Information is accessed by staff only on a “need-to-know” basis. Our team undergoes training to ensure secure handling of your Personal Information whenever accessed or utilised.

You have a right to access, update and correct your Personal Information, subject to exceptions allowed under the Privacy Act (Cth).
